But on the reverse, we often see split plating exactly where the arrows area:

The no mint mark would indicate that it was minted at the Philadelphia Mint as a business strike cent...meant for circulation....A proof coin would have more of a camo look. Sorry value is 1 cent...keep looking, good luck
