Your photos aren't showing the true color of the coin so we can't tell if it has been cleaned. My guess is EF-40 details, cleaned.

Agree, EF-40 details (probably cleaned if images are accurate)). Pretty banged up.

Yep - I don't think I would get that graded to be frank.

Thanks everyone! Not interested in getting it officially graded I just wanted to know based on the condition where it stands for wear. I'll be sure to add some natural light photos next time as well!
