She is kinda beat but sure what VAM this is or if this is even a micro O? Been searching on vamworld, thinking maybe 4. Any help?

With that date position it appears to be a VAM-6 Small Micro O Tilted Far Right, Near Date.

Looks like a Micro O to me. I think the standard O looks more like a capital O and the Micro O looks more like a lowercase "o".
