A common silver coin to go with a copper 10 cash I had with the dragon reverse.

But there is so much talk about fakes that I wanted to ask. Does this seem good?

Hard to be sure from the pics, but this example looks to be OK, style varied a little.
For genuine coins, fineness varied a little, at around 0.82 and bit lower, weight also varied a little at around 5.3 grams, and a little lighter.

There has been a recent boom in demand for genuine Chinese silver, and in the near future, I would expect there will be many more fakes being available, some good quality silver.

Thanks. Local collector selling off his collection. Likely obtained though Macau long ago. I hope it predates recent fakes. Was more worried about older ones or restrikes.
