This is the that came from same roll and they are the only ones with the damage. The A in kanaka is buggered up and there is doubling on the E in ole

I would agree with incuse Machine Doubling and some kind of die damage on the A.

It would help if you posted full pictures of the obverse and reverse for each coin. There are often telltale marks on different areas of the coin face that we use to analyze the coin.
