Been working on my list for a couple days.

I have to say this is "Hard" ... hard for me because
my favorite coins are more modern type.

I wish I had all the cool classic coins that Moe has to choose from.
I guess I will have to keep an eye out for some better coins.

How is everyone else doing on their list.

There are a few top coins that will be a no brain-er but from #8 to #12 will take some decision making or it may just come down to what I can get the best photo of. One week to decide.

Muddler .. I agree .. getting a good photo may hold back a couple of my coins making my list. I have a couple nice coins that were cleaned/wipes, in hand look pretty good but close up photos really show the negatives.

Given that my collection is pretty much transient, I'm going to present my 12 favorite coins photographed. No idea how I'll narrow it down or order it.

Well, I can say only one thing about this idea...no one should be able to argue about which one is "your" favorite, since it is your favorite, not somebody else's. This should be a great thread!

This piece is one of my favorite "coins" but it does not meet the criteria. It was not issued by the United States government and has no monetary value but it has a cool design and was a gift from a senior who was a neighbor of mine in Colorado.

OK, I worked on selecting 'about 12' coins but ranking them will be difficult. I joined this community to have fun, but now we have homework!

I'll be ready.. I hope..
