Very nice strike and detail, the rim ding is going to effect it some. Overall I would grade this coin at AU-55.

Thanks for the thoughts guys, you were right on on your assessments AU 53. They did not make any notations about the observe rim bump and in my opinion planchet flaws on the reverse rim but noted a small scratch in an x above the eagles right wing.

I'd agree with AU details but did not notice the scratch. It must be more visible in-hand for ANACS to have called it a problem.

Based on these photos I'd have said the coin might have been flagged due to the rim bump or maybe because of a light cleaning. I imagine the scratch designation was a bit of a surprise.
