I think C and D.
D really shows the toning and C clearly shows the detail.

D's colors look like they may be more accurate to what she looks like in hand. The other three seem a little green? Or are my eyes playing tricks?

I like the contrast in C in terms of being able to best examine the coin's details. I think the color in D is better, both in terms of showing off the toning and the white balance, but it's a little on the dark/contrasty side. I don't care for A or B at all; it seems like the wrong parts of the coin are illuminated.
