@nalaberong (France coin) It depends what you mean by 'nicer' everything on the coin is legible, but is a little dented and scratched (one or two big ones) (Hong Kong coin) Pretty decent condition for it's age, around F-15 and VF-20. (Israel) The date was written on the cardbord slab. To be honest, I don't know any of the coins mintages excluding Canadian. I believe both the Mexican and Philippines coins were in the same bin, something like 14 for $5.00. For the 'good for one fare' token, to narrow it down, it has eight sides with an M in the center (spaces between the M, it's in a circle). The other side reads Mac Arthur Trans Co. Ltd.

@Solidifier
Have fun at the Saskatoon coin show! I've also been waiting a long time for this one too.

Definitely a good buy for ~35 cents each - normally that's a bad unit price, but here are the prices for VF (which I think is "average circulated"): Mexico 5 centavos 1938: $4.00 Philippines 1 centavo 1920: $2.50, or $8.00 with an S mint-mark

The Mexican coin would grade around F-15 to VF-20 (FineVeryFine-18 ) , the Philippines coin would grade around VF-20. I think the Philippines coin doesn't have a mintmark... depending on where it is... Oh! and because of this coin show, I have exactly 1000 coins, tokens and banknote in my main collection (by main collection, I mean not including my date set).

I was visting family in Regina and decided to stop in to this Coin show on Saturday. Lots of nice stuff. Bought a roll of old style 2012 loonies and a one cent 2006 p non-mag. got a good deal. I wish Halifax had more coin shows.

Taylor the axe.....
Nice to be able to get a 2006p non mag. Those are very hard to find. Could you tell us what it cost you?

Well it's still a harder penny to find with a mintage of 233 000. The only varietys of the 2006 penny I have is both magnetic and non-magnetic RCM logo (both found in change). I think $10.00 is a fair offer.

had fun at the Saskatoon coin show today....spent too much money but that was the plan. Got some nice stuff.....like 2012 old style toonie and loonie also bought some HMS Shannon toonies to fill some holes in a bunch of war of 1812 cards and when I got home and looked at them one of them has a nice strike through grease error on it.....never heard or seen that before...was pretty excited since I got it for nearly face value. Also I may go back tomorrow because there is a gentleman selling the 2013 doubling uncirculated set for a fair price....
