I will go with VG-10. Though it appears all the letters in Liberty are visible, I would have liked to seen a little more detail elsewhere for a F-12.

VG-10, but IMHO, it barely makes F-12.

VG10 - looks a bit better than VG8 but just not enough details to make a F12 yet so close.

I personally would grade it VG-10, but I think PCGS called it F-12. They seem to be very lenient on keys such as this.

Not surprisingly, most of you guessed correctly at VG-10. I agree with the VG-10 grade as well, I think it is just short of making F-12, but it is definitely a solid VG-10 and I am happy with it.
