So no one has guessed it right.....Beagle was the only one with the correct color designation.
Its graded MS65BN, and the mark by the 2nd feather is actually on the slab. I really think this should be RB. Just wanted to see what the others thought on the color. Thanks!!

Doubt I will send it back to any grading service. Will send to CAC though. I would rather have a premium BN coin than a so-so RB one.

Beautiful coin! I would grade it MS65, but no lower than a MS64.
