The George VI strikes seem to be rich in die cracks, and not just the 1-cent denominations (we all know the Hoof/9 in 50-cent coins). Here is mine, which is not quite as impressive as yours, but still through the fields and devices.

I love die cracks! I think they add to the coin, but it's a matter of opinion, I guess.

When I saw the title, I was ready to see a planchet flaw mistaken for a crack, but that's really a nice broken retained die!

There appears to be some displacement of design. These are often called Retained Cuds -- though most probably are not. You can have a displaced design from massive die cracks but not have the failing portion of die actually fully separated.
