Should make XF40. Hope it comes back without a details label. The reverse looks cleaned. Could be the lighting. Notice the dullness of the surfaces compared to the obverse

It should get XF-40. Couple small scratches in front of the face, but overall looks solid.

Diamond detail says possible XF-45, but overall softness says more like XF-40. Nice coin!

Well looks like the low was 30, high was 50. Average of the 16 posts was EX40. I am dropping it off tomorrow to get graded will let you all know. I am going XF 45, or should I say hoping. Thanks all for you opinions.

I dropped it off today and whats great about going in to ANACS is they will take a look at a coin if you have any questions. So I had them look at it and they verified that it has not been cleaned and it is genuine. So now all I have to worry about is the grade. Also I did the conservation. LOL.

Fingers crossed it comes back with a good grade. I use the ribbon as a quick reference between VF and XF. If I can still see the ribbon separation at the bottom hair curl then it will almost always make an XF grade. Now there are exceptions, but it's pretty accurate. I can see this line on yours and you still have nice detail on this coin. The photo is alittle blurry but my gut tells me it looks better in hand than in the photos. With this assumption, I'm putting a grade of AU 53 on it.
