Yes, negative feedback stating the seller knowingly sold a fake coin after your refund is intact. These dirt bags need to be stomped out.

I would destroy it or carve some mark in it so no one at any point in the future will get burned by it. Neutral or negative feedback clearly stating what happened is appropriate in my opinion.

I shoot a hole in my counterfeits. I seriously get out my SBR of choice (scary black rifle) and shoot them. It's fun and destroys them. It combines two of my hobbies perfectly! I should post some pics of holed counterfeit coins.

Edited to say: Heck yes leave a negative feedback. That's what the term "feedback" means. A record of your experience with the seller.

If I am not mistaken, once a refund is given a buyer can not leave negetive feedback. If it is posted on a refund, ebay will remove the negative feedback.

A buyer can leave positive feedback that a refund was given for a counterfeit coin.

These days on ebay not quite sure what is worse. A........ The optimistic , read greedy/ clueless buyer or B...The nasty highly intelligent criminal seller who knows there are lots of A out there, or C... ebay itself who repeatedly allows both A and B to transact with each other.
It is high time for the good people at ebay to regulate who can sell coins on ebay . A good start would be a requirement that any seller be a member in good standing of a recognized numismatic organization like the ANA.

Never going to happen. That is waaaaaay too restrictive... Anything that will impact ebay's bottom line, will likely never happen.
