We need way better pictures to determine if the coin is legit or not. At least one from the front the back and the rims/side. Also weigh it to see if it weighs what its supposed to. Use google search it'll help

Slightly better pics.
In my opinion, it is a cast copy and is essentially worthless.

Well, on the bright side, at least we don't need to chastise Laura for holding an incredibly rare and valuable coin with her fingers like that...

Good point. As a lesson to all unexperienced numismatists and owners of rare coins, Touch them as little as possible and only by the edge.
