I'm very sorry to hear that.
That kind of thing can be completely unexpected. A few months ago, my great uncle, who worked in Alaska as a commercial fisherman, passed away at 69- he was just about as healthy as you can be at that age, in fact he was hiking when he suddenly collapsed from a heart attack.

You may have lost part of one family, but you still have this one.
