I'll say 64, knowing it's a 63. I'm sure PCGS fell in love with this one. Love the frosty white look to it. Maybe PL?

Looks like a high end MS64 to me even MS65 wouldn't be a stretch. There is a lot of value from a 63 to 64 grade, I sure hope that didn't influence the graders and cause it to be in a MS63 holder, that happens often IMO.

Adam definitely resubmit this beauty....price doubles in 64....fields are very clean very few distracting marks on her face reverse is pretty clean as well....this should be a solid 64/65.....hell if you get a 65 you got a 3500 plus coin. Definitely worth the gamble.

Unless the pictures are not revealing something, should be a slam dunk for 64 with a shot at 65. Surprised to see it in a 63 holder.

MS-64. Looking at the answer, I say this one was undergraded.

I agree probably an upgrade to MS64 maybe a +, but upgrade or crack out and resubmit?

There is a big dollar jump from MS63 to MS64 for this date, and the TPG's will be more demanding on the coin. In my opinion the field bag marks in front of her nose will keep this coin at MS 63. CAC submittal is a solid option for the coin.
