The chest of the eagle hasn't worn yet. The tail feathers are starting to show a little wear at the tip. The wing feathers haven't worn yet. I know the reverse is worse than the obverse but I don't think the wear on the reverse effects as much as the lack of wear on the obverse. Without the reverse it would be AU 52, but because of the reverse I think it might drop to XF 45. I do agree with panzaldi about the cleaning.

Yes, looking at the denticles and the grime in them I imagine at one time this was a dirty girl.

EF45....looks like a nice crusty example. Great album coin. Might have been cleaned, but most FE Cents have been at one point. Ive seen much worse cleaning than this. You mind if I asked what it went for?

The obverse brings the grade down a few points.

I think the front is an EF-40 to an EF-45 and the back is a VF-30 Nice coin!

Put me down for XF45. Nice type coin. Outstanding detail on the feathers, looks like strike-through as noted above.
Surprised the reverse is so weak, but the Mint never mastered striking in copper-nickel, so it's not that abnormal.
