Nice clean cheek, I would give it a 64+ and leave it in it holder. If I would want a raw jon-key coin I would buy one.

Excessive dipping could explain the lack of luster. It apparently was not abrasively cleaned since there are no hairline scratches visible. In that case cracking it out for the album makes perfect sense.

Perfect crack candidate. PCGS says cleaned - maybe it is, maybe it isn't. Sure looks nice to me.
