Good eye Dustin, I see it. Johnson, can you post a close-up of Lincoln's head? It seems to have a Die Crack running into it from the rim. That would make it a collectable. Maybe two cracks. and

I think the "Spike" is a contact mark. A nice looking coin.

Looks like a die crack on the shoulder and one by the 'O' on one on the reverse. Die chip on the 'T' on cent. A broken post on the 'B' on PLURIBUS.

The pictures are definitely getting better.  I'm pretty sure I see at least one Die Crack running through Lincoln's head. I can't yet tell if it reaches the rim. If it does, it meets COC's criteria for Spike Head.
