It's the same coin. Must be the harsh lighting that's giving it the polished look. Nice coin based on the first set of photos.

Curious question, new to this hobby and would like to know. Why does PCGS list 3 types of coins for Morgans. MS, PL, and DMPL, if there weren't any actual Proof coins made?

It does have a polished look to it. I was unsure about that. It looks mirror like in the fields in my hand. I took a close up with a super bright LED light bulb about 7 inches above the coin, but if you look at the coin without holding it directly under the light it was an amazing cartwheel.

Mint State, Proof-like, and Deep Mirror Proof-like are all struck from business dies, not Proof dies. They indicate different degrees of surface reflectivity, usually correlating with the earliest strikes of a highly polished die. The fact that you see significant cartwheel effect actually makes it less likely that it's DMPL.
