I too think it is cleaned. Heavy lighting is covering it up. You can just see hairline scratches in the cheek. I also feel the toning is not natural. But if you insist the coin is problem free I would say VG-08

I'm in the VG-08 camp. While you may believe the color is natural I would say the shotgun blast of little rim dings would probably add up to details.

Mintage is relatively low, but it doesn't bring much of a premium if any in this grade.

VG-8. How many letters of "LIBERTY"are showing? I see 2. Perhaps more are visible at a different angle.

VG details, cleaned, damaged. Sharpness would be VG8 IMO.
