To me, it's a 30 at best, closer to 25 (cheek almost flat), but very attractive. Die Pair #3.

Yeah It's a toss up between VF-30 & 35 . Can use a nice little application of Verdi-care in my opinion , maybe Acetone first, get rid of some of that nasty crud surrounding coin and letters .

Use NCS, then it will get a VF 30 probably and the crud will be gone.

Very nice coin - I would happy to have that one in my collection... I like the clean rims and surface eye appeal. Good find.

I always like to see the king of cents presented here. this is probably the most talked about coin that I can remember growing up as a coin that everyone wished they had in their collection. I have it at VF30 also. no major issues to detract. I love it!

I am surprised at seeing this coin...when it first popped up on the screen, I took a quick look and new it was genuine! Beautiful example!
