I think that coin is better than the 1869 Shield nickel posted earlier. I'd grade it MS-64 with a shot at MS-65. Sometimes the photos make marks look bigger than they really are. The luster looks to be quite nice.

I will revise my grade to 62 plus. Still think the reverse holds it back. That shield and obverse are beautiful.
