MS64 because of the subdued luster. It's an attractive coin and very choice mint state from the images. It appears to be a tad short of gem level.

Glad you guys confirmed what I thought, it's a nice coin. Personally I thought it was in the 63/64 range but I'm no expert. I guess this is a case of how important it is to buy the coin and not the holder?

The only way I can see it that low is if there is like zero luster left. The fields and cheek are clean. Maybe worth cracking out and giving it a dip if the toning is bad enough. That is a nice piece as everyone else has confirmed along with myself.

This one must be AU+. I can't see any other way it gets a 61, a market graded 58 into a 61 holder is very likely here.
