Nice coin! Having not graded one of these before, but from what I know what to look for, I would agree to grading above AU-58.

I'm at 58+ . There are numerous issues on obverse that I just couldn't live with .
Sorry but I'm just calling it as I see it .

tryin2learn > In LIBERTY , hit on I, R, T, and Y . Hit on bottom star right side . Hit on 0 in the date . Drapery that goes from shield to her right arm, her arm is all beat up on 2nd obverse pic .

I agree slight rub on high points and in fields dictates AU-58 grade. Hit on 0 in the date jumps out; otherwise marks don't look too bad. Does not meet full head criteria but decent eye appeal overall.

Care to share the purchase price?

T-BOP, are you using those factors to arrive at your AU-58 grade? Or are those simply additional observations beyond the grade?

In LIBERTY , hit on I, R, T, and Y

Is that counter wheel damage?

I'd have to say AU58, just very very slight wear.

I see people are saying MS-63 and AU-58.

The real grade looks AU-58.
Why? Because it definitely looks like it circulated at some point.

Most importantly, Very nice coin!
