Can we get a clear closeup of what you think is an error?

Ok, if you guys can see on the LIBERTY focus your eyes on the T do you see how the striking seems to be inverted? That goes all the way around.

As for the reverse if you focus your eyes on the ONE it looks like a double die but that is a striking that is inverted. Looked very odd to me.

What you have here is a damaged coin. It's Post Strike Damage, since it happened after it left the U.S. Mint. The metal has been pushed over and flattened.
Errers and Varietys.
Rest in Peace

Intentionally, or in a dryer perhaps. The edges have been removed.

Hard to tell from those photos but it looks like the reverse rim has been ground down.
No matter what the cause, it's PMD.
When posting pictures please orient facing up and crop close to rim
as per Posting instructions.

And use a non-reflective black or dark gray background.

Best I could do using the pics.

Looks like the edge has been shaved or grinded off.

You found a coin that didn't look right. You came to the right place for more info. This time it turned out to be nothing special. Keep checking your coins eventually you will get hooked find something good.

Have no idea what you mean about the strike being inverted, but the rims have been ground off post strike.

Coin appears to have been modified to make it fit into a bezel.
