Au50 with some remaining luster, but I think it is details cleaned due to the obverse wipe.

Looks XF45 to me. I would be shocked if it's in a problem holder. 10X images accentuate things that are barely notable in-hand.

XF45, quite possibly could go AU50. I'm not worried about the lines in the obverse field.

CAC tells me it is closer to 45 than 40.

I can see why it beaned. From what I see the soft spots are more due to strike than rub.

They probably just appear to be hairlines or scratches from this set of photos. If CAC approved it then they are probably just normal chatter that sometimes occur on circulated coins.
