not everybody is looking for a high grade coin. I would buy it . I wouldn't give a lot for it, but I don't give a lot for any coin...nowadays if a coin is cleaned or any other problem its garbage

I see where the suggestions of whizzed come from. The surface of the coin indeed looks like it was pressed against a horizontally rotating polishing wheel.
