Also if you look closely at the date 1982 the one is strange looking to me

What does the reverse look like? If it is damaged, then I would expect to see a push out opposite the affected bust area. If it is normal on the reverse, then I would think about a struck by grease area. So let's see what the reverse looks like first.

It doesn't bulge out here, so it is a Struck Through Grease issue. But the damage to the plating on the rim on the reverse will not work out well for this coin in the future for this coin. (so how did I know where to see the opposite side of that area?)
Note the 'TY' on Liberty? Well the opposite of that on the reverse would be to the right of bay 2 and three.

So it could have been valuable but because of the issue with the damage on the rim it's pretty much worth a penny.

Yes worth a penny. My guess is beat up and face down in some kind of corrosive.
