It has the look. Unfortunately in that grade it doesn't have enough value to be sent in for attribution. Except maybe to ANACS.

I'm sorry to disagree with everyone but this is not the overdate. The bottom horizontal of the 2 is very strong on the overdate and this is not the case on the Op's coin. The horizontal line on the Op's coin is also pointing too far north to match up with the overdate. This is a die that mimics the variety.

Looking at it again, it might be. How does mint mark positioning match up? Can we get a crisper close up of the date? I'm wondering if the direction of the line in the 2 is affected by a hit or something else. (I hope you don't mind if I borrow your picture here) -CH27 Red arrow represents the supposed hit/flow, and blue arrow shows where the line continues.

Now that I do some more research, the gouge looks too far north to be the overdate. I think stoneman's call was correct on this one.
