Yes it looks to be a solid MS63. The eagle has great brightness to it! Maybe they gave it MS64 because of this.

Too much "noise" on the obverse. IMO it's MS-62.

I would say 62 on the obverse because of the amount of marks/hairlines and strike. Reverse I would say 64 because of the better strike and limited marks/hairlines. So maybe a 63?

Reverse is a strong 64 imo, and the obverse I'd call an MS-62+. Probably an MS-63 altogether

better than average strike for a 93(O). I think the reverse will help hold this one at the MS63 level

Nice one! It's definitely an old school "Choice BU SPL" coin. I'm at MS-63, and I wouldn't be surprised to see an eye appeal plus designation here. The reverse is beautiful.
