Congrats on a beauty!

True view Is always tricky. I'll say MS63+.

GrapeCollects: Oh no! I am sorry. This coin was pretty irresistible as a type coin to represent this short-lived and bizarre denomination. I recently missed out on a beautiful blue and gold-toned 1848-O Seated Liberty half dollar.

You would think that the scratches in the right obverse field would really hurt this, but I'm guessing eye appeal will triumph and it gets MS-64+.

Lovely and original looking piece.
I also don't see any wear, and knowing that the obverse has muted luster will join the MS-62 camp.
Very nice.

comparing it to others I see this at a solid MS62, the eagle is beautiful.

Here it is. I am trying to understand grading criteria between 62 and 63 myself, so your opinions were really helpful there. PCGS slabbed this as a 63, which is what I bought it as.
