That looks like a mint set coin if anything. It doesn't have a proof look.

Yours is a normal Philly business strike cent. If it the Proof that is the missing 'S'.  Note the mirrored fields? That is the differences.

The mint sets are made up of coins from normal strikes. Sometimes when you get OBW rolls, you can get better examples than the mint sets. (probably because of the handling of the coins to move and put them in the sets) Sometimes they are seal wrong and damage the coins:
