Beauty! I see two of the obverse markers and four of the reverse markers clearly. The darned holder blocks the view of three of the obverse markers, but I'll bet they are solid.

IMHO, PCGS will call the obverse PR-63 and the reverse PR-64, and overweight the obverse grade for a net PR-63 RB. They are nitpicky on the proofs. I would bourse floor net it a full step higher, at PR-64.

Obviously not my area, I forgot about it possibly being a matte proof ,but shouldn't the rim be a bit more "sharp"?

As @fortcollins said, it looks like it has the markers for a matte proof. I'd say PR-64, very nice!
