Beauty! I see two of the obverse markers and four of the reverse markers clearly. The darned holder blocks the view of three of the obverse markers, but I'll bet they are solid.
IMHO, PCGS will call the obverse PR-63 and the reverse PR-64, and overweight the obverse grade for a net PR-63 RB. They are nitpicky on the proofs. I would bourse floor net it a full step higher, at PR-64.

Obviously not my area, I forgot about it possibly being a matte proof  ,but shouldn't the rim be a bit more "sharp"? John1

I say matte proof PR65. Quote: I still lean toward MS. Coinfrog, I don't see how this can be a business strike MS-something. I don't think matte MS-something exist in the first place?
