Looks like luster loss in the fields, enough to preclude any mint state grade. The cheek and eagle breast show some friction. AU-55 or 58.

I can understand wanting to get it out of the ANACS blue label holder which are held in low esteem by many collectors. Down grades and no grades are possible too though.

I love the ANACS Blue holder. Looking at the pic I could see it at AU-53/55
I wish ANACS would go back to a color like this that is not so bright.
ANACS also reholders there old slabs in Blue unless it was originally in a Yellow holder.
