Super pre-cud and spike head! With all that's going on here, would you think about submitting photos of this quarter to Cuds on Coins?

Yes and I should do it sooner rather than later so I don't forget.
Thanks for the reminder.

For those looking forward to the listing I finally got my images in order and the correct size for this pre-cud and spikehead @ Cuds-on-coins.
(The clash may eventually be @ Maddieclashes but not anytime soon as they are not taking submissions currently.)

Nice on both, congrats! JC didn't credit you on the Precud, that's odd. Very cool though!

Nice PC and SKH!

That PC looks like a Bi-level die crack as well, neat.

Thanks Dearborn, Makescents, and Coinhi.

Makecents, He may have put so much time into correcting my images he couldn't. LOL
(Just guessing it was just an oversight since they do a great job of ID'ing the submitter.)

Looks like a rim to rim die crack so far. In order to be a Retained Cud, there would need to see a movement of the die. I don't see that on this coin. Just the crack.

Thanks Bugil46, gsp193, Coop, and Wilburton.

Coop, there is a rim to rim die crack to the right of the date but cuds-on-coins have determined it qualifies as a precud and given it a listing.

You said:

. There has been movement of the die or it wouldn't have formed a crack.

If you meant vertical movement of the piece of die created by the crack, isn't that vertical movement what differentiates a Cud from a precud?
