Was not very happy looking back at the original pictures. I was zoomed in too much on my phone and it made the coin look grainy and accentuated very minor marks. For my own mental sake, here are some better photos, in case anyone is interested. Will post the ICG grade in the morning.

With no deep or distracting contact marks, I can see an MS-64 with the new photos. There is a chance at an MS-63, especially with that mark left of the eagle on the reverse.

Second set of photos is much better. I'd call it conservatively graded at 63, sorta OK at 64, and over-graded at 65.
The 1883-O is massively available in all grades through MS-66. Rather than messing with a regrade you should just find a pleasing example in the grade and holder you prefer. You can sell the ICG coin to help offset the purchase.

As many of you guessed, ICG MS-64.

I got this one for a very good deal, and I have decided that I am not a fan of the design of ICG slabs. They just don't feel right looking at them against other slabs in my display cases. So I am going to have some fun and crack this out and send it in with a few other raw coins.

i had it at MS63+

with the new photos it might push over the line to MS64 but even at that I would not pay to cross it over. there is still a possibility it would come back as a 63+

I actually like the ICG plastic. The label is what I don't like. The bold print looks sloppy like the ink is running or something...
