Day 38Noodled $50 worth of 5 cent coins and found absolutely nothing of interest.  No 1972, no change-over, no 2019 JC Usual half a dozen kiwi 5c and none of them were even a 1972. Total number of 5 cent coins noodled: 5400 Number of different coins found: 57 Number of coins still to find: 1

That 1972 is elusive alright, I have 3 spares - if you honestly can't get one - I will send you one.
The scarce NZ 5 cent is 1973, with just 1 million minted.

Day 41309 coins into today's 5c noodling session and I found this extremely grubby 1972     Hey, it's a 1972 and therefore my mission to noodle a complete set of Australian circulation 5 cent coins is completed. Total number of 5 cent coins noodled: 5709 Number of different coins found: 58 Number of coins still to find: 0

Congrats on the completion of the 5 cent dates MMM. Only 5700 coins to noodle through Got myself 19,880 5 cent coins to noodle, $994.00. I am really only after the alien error coin . How many error coins did you come across?  |
