 Even with the super blurry pics, I can tell this one is a post 1982 zinc core/copper plated cent that spent time in a parking lot for a long time. |

Thanks, yeah. I have crappy phone the pics are hard to get under 300 too.

As for the colour, Dearborn called it. The cents from 1982-date are copper plated zinc, that is the softer silver like metal you are seeing. |

It was altered in a parking lot. Damaged. Just a face value coin. It was not struck that way, Just worth face value.

Yes, yes, much post-strike damage--gunk, hits/dings/gouges. May have spent a little time in a parking lot and moist soil.

Post mint damage. Damage is damage however formed. It did not leave the mint looking this way.  |
