Nice coin. I think even an MS-64 is quite possible. As for BN or RB I'd need the coin "in hand" to decide that.

Thanks everyone I just got home I wish my photos would have been a little better I'm learning the coin is more red than it shows thank you for your help.

From the PCGS website: Red Brown (RB): PCGS designates Red and Brown for copper coins that grade MS60 or better and show between 5% and 95% of their original mint red color.Does this coin appear to you to have less than 5% of the original mint red color? I'm firmly in the RB camp and possibly even RD. edit for spllgening

Quote: Does this coin appear to you to have less than 5% of the original mint red color? its a little bit of a challenge due to shadowing but the discoloration on the obverse imo keeps it out RD. so like you said RB is most likely the designation without coin in hand or photos without shadowing

Yes sir it's red I will try to take a couple more pictures when I get home I need the practice anyway I did real bad on the obv. Very dark.

It might make MS 64, but as others have said those rim nicks might hold it back.
