It is called PIDT: (Progressive Indirect Design Transfer) First noted on wheat cents, but as most die events it can happen on other designs as well before the retirement of these dies when they are worn out. Not a premium for these coins as they are common to find. Again these is a die events. Report this Post to the Staff
