Cert Number 32515286
PCGS said there is a problem in that cert number has been assigned to multiple coins. I also had them check another cert and same answer. I think this is a big problem for PCGS

And this is another one I tried looking up on PCGS and customer service telling me the cert # was assigned multiple times.

The 1955 is fake. Not positive but I would assume the 1916 D is also fake.

I think its real and was able to look it up about a week ago so this is apparently a recent problem.

That '55 DD looks absolutely fake. Can't really judge the 1916-D Mercury from that pic, but it doesn't look MS 62 to me. If there are certification number issues, it's probably a fake too.
Stay away from those "coins" - you're not getting a "great" deal.

PCGS does not assign the same certificate number to multiple coins, counterfeiters do. There is an 1881 CC number that has been found on 13 coins. I would suggest that if you run into this problem, don't buy the coin - it is fake.

BTW, that 55 is not close to authentic.

I'm glad you were able to confirm before purchasing, hopefully you gave PCGS all the info about the seller so they can look into it more. Glad you didn't get scammed.
