I think I see the remnants of a 198X date. Certainly an interesting oddball but would be leaning toward PMD, hopefully I'm wrong though.

Zincolns started in 1982. Double check your scale.What does the edge look like? Looks interesting.

It looks like it was struck through an oddly-textured, late-stage die cap. I've seen other examples with this texture, though not as exaggerated.

Very cool looking! Given the fact that it's a zincoln and the reverse design is RDV-004, you can narrow it down to 82-85. The FG initials are the dead giveaway.
