Could be an issue with PCGS, they are far from perfect.

Sorry CCF staff, I wasn't quite sure of the best place to put it. Thanks for correcting me.

The coin is real, just the label isn't, since it's for a different coin.

Was an miss up from who put the label. The label it is genuine, I checked. The coin is conform PCGS database so just an mistake from labeling. For me seem to be to pricy coin.

The description says "Even the Holder is an Error, it is listed as no date, but clearly it is a 1964." Not sure if they added that later.

So what is the solution? Is PCGS going to reholder and relabel this correctly?

The coin being sold is 47904212
The label is 47904213
PCGS messed up and put 47904213 label on 47904212 coin.

It seems likely the two coins and their corresponding labels were matched up incorrectly somehow. Maybe it happened in imaging or slabbing?
So the No Date sliver of a curved clip is probably in the holder for the 1964 triple struck cent.
