My first thoughts were Greaser, but those curved horizontal grooves through the R make me wonder at a Gumball Machine penny that has been smoothed by circulation.

The really deep rims are a give-away that it's Struck Through Grease. Nice error coin!

I'd pop it in a 2x2 and keep it in my collection. When can you find a true error coin for only 1 cent?
