Well done Marve, really like the circulation cameos on a few.
I swing a metal detector and have a knack for finding dirty old coins.

That's a fine flock of flying eagles, Marve!

great collection, Marve, & congrats on your accomplishment.

...This event calls for a celebratory contest! ... I have 3 questions: 1. What's the prize? 2. Did I win? 3. where's my prize? ...

...seriously ... great job & well worth the effort ...

Impressive collection!

Have you identified any varieties in all those FEs?

I haven't really - guess I'll have to do that when I'm snowed in over the winter. The only variety that I do look for is the obverse of the 1856 - there are a few of them in there.

It's in the mail - keep looking for it.........

Thank you everyone for your kind comments!

Nice flock of eagles! I think I saw an 1857 snow 22 ( filled F). After I finished my Indian head books, I started collecting the Flying Eagle varieties. I just think it is a great looking coin.

I may have 2 with a filled F - I will look more closely.
And yes, I agree - a great looking coin design.
