I am planning to go to a coin show on May 3 that will have an ANACS rep there. It is a good suggestion to have some dealers look at them also. I will do that. Thank you/

I agree that it needs to be graded. Saying that, I compared it to my 16D and it looks authenic.

Sorry to disagree with everyone but the D doesn't look tilted enough in relation to the E of ONE. Perhaps it is just the way the pic is showing it. Please keep us updated.

Several months ago I posted some photos of a raw 1916 D Mercury dime that I had in my possession for a long time. I asked fr opinions on its authenticity since there are so any fakes out there. The dime is well worn and has a slight bend in it that looks like it may have been used as a screwdriver. I decided to send it to PCGS and was hoping it ight come back AG3 Details. Instead it came back P/FR Detail. At least it's legit even if it isn't what I was hoping for.

Congratulations. I've been contemplating sending mine in for authentification. I haven't looked at it in years. On another note, HOW THE HECK WHERE YOU ABLE TO EDIT YOUR HEADER AS UPGRADED? I've been posting on here for years, and many times attempted but failed to edit the title.
