Some of my own commentary in response to his post edits:

im really glad to see all the questions coming in for the questions. no one is asking for better pictures which is a good thing..right now my camera is broke. my son did a grab and throw....wow never knew a camera could bust into so many pieces. thanks for bidding (That's not the only reason he thinks it's a good thing - but why isn't anyone asking for pictures?)

for buyer protection I will send this via insurance and signature request that way if its stolen or lost or damaged both seller and buyer is protected. more than likely ups.
(For buyer protection - STAY AWAY!)

forgot to mention...when I made a visit to the dealer this weekend he weighed it and the coin wieghed 6.25grams for whoever is wondering
(Did he perhaps mention something about it being fake as well?)
The question and answer section is pretty fun as well (skipping my commentary on this)....
Hi, Just so we are clear here. You are selling a 1916
Standing Liberty quarter. Not a copy or reproduction? May-29-11
A: i am selling a quarter yes. it does not say copy or reproductoin on it like copies, reproductions, fakes do. I have taken it to dealers and they have given it the ok. but I dunno. I dont collect. I got these through an estate auction. bottom of box deal. I've seen the fakes on
ebay. they all have COPY stamped on them. I honestly dont see how one could make one with tarnish and visable worn spots without being old. the bottom line is if you dont feel confortable with it dont bid. There is no refunds on this quarter since its not certified with a serial number that can be traced. the no refund deal was also recommended by the dealers I took the coins to and they also told me I should just get them graded before I sell them. I dont wont to go through all that. just wanna sell even if it means not getting every last dime of what its worth.
Q: your more than welcome to post this in your auction. after viewing your coin in person I can personally verify that this coin is 100% authentic along with all your other coins. hopefully I win it! thanks for letting me see them. May-29-11
A: i thought I wouldnt hear from you again or I gave you the wronge email address....thanks for sending.i will post asap for others to see.
