Maybe I am being too conservative but I don't see this any higher than VF-20. Tail feathers are almost completely worn smooth, and there is very little detail on the leaves on the reverse. Also bow is worn smooth.

VF-30. I see a lot of posting for VF-35 here. I don't see where many of you see the strike or eye appeal boost to call it a choice example of a VF-30. The grading companies don't treat VF-35 as a VF/XF on IHCs or FEs. It's considered to be a a VF-30 with "something extra in the intangibles", but lacking in detail for an XF grade. Same thing with VF-20, and VF-25. This might actually be a VF-20, but I'm going VF-30
Than again, with market grading who knows, maybe I'll be made to eat my words.
